Returns + Refunds

If you are not happy with your order and would like to return or exchange, please get in touch via email to hello@timmyonline.com

Items must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you send returning items by tracked mail or courier as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know via email hello@timmysonline.com, and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
